If you rent telephone lines from us, we can run diagnostic tests whilst you’re on the phone. We will tell you exactly what will happen to ensure a speedy recovery of your service. We will also issue you with a Fault Reference so you can track progress. Finally, we will pro-actively call you with updates so you can get on with your day without worry.
If you have a telephone system maintenance contract with us as well as your telephone lines service, one call to Westcom is all it takes to start the process to get you working again.
