The Lionel Green Building

The Lionel Green Building at Hereford Hospital was entirely refurbished in the space of 12 weeks. The teams working on this project were commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety, delivering a project that exceeded expectations.

At Westcom we were heavily involved in the planning, design and implementation of the data networking project with Lionel Green. Using our expertise we were able to design the Wye Valley Trust Network to keep up with the need for a reliable communication system within a busy hospital. The project included implementing the fibre optic cabling for the Wye Valley Trust network to support computer devices, the wireless network, and door access, Installing the infrastructure to support the Building Management System. As well as designing and integrating a state of the art video conferencing suite.

Over a 12-week period the team of contractors rose to the challenge, combining expertise & commitment to quality to deliver the project to impeccable standard for the Wye Valley Trust.
